Jess works with corporate organisations and clients on a one to one basis coaching, motivaltional speaking and running workshops, seminars and retreats. Jess is also writer of regular wellness blogs and articles and has just written her first book. Jess is a qualified yoga instructor, has trained in Buddhist meditation and mindfulness. Having lived, worked and volunteered in many countries and cultures with some inspirational people Jess draws her life experience into her work to help teach others the principles of health and happiness.
Currently based in Wellington, New Zealand throughout 2016.
