Jess Stuart – Author, Coach & Speaker

After a successful career in Human Resources in the corporate world Jess decided to follow her passions.  Now as a Coach & Consultant Jess works with corporate organisations and clients on a one to one basis coaching, motivaltional speaking and running workshops, courses and retreats.  Teaching Mindfulness, Resilience, Leadership Development, Success and Achieveing our potential.

Jess is the writer of widely read, regular wellness blogs and has written her first bookAuthor of A Rough Guide to a Smooth Life, a self-improvement guide that shares tools, principles and stories to help others find happiness.  A life coach and qualified yoga instructor, Jess has trained in Buddhist meditation and mindfulness. Having lived, worked and volunteered in many countries and cultures with some inspirational people Jess draws her life experience into her work to help teach others the principles of health and happiness.
